Measurements are per jar (1 pint size)

Ingredients:

  • Oats (1/2 cup)
  • Chia Seeds (1 Tbsp.)
  • Vanilla Protein Powder (1/2 scoop)
  • Cinnamon, Ginger, or Nutmeg
  • Coconut Shavings (no sugar) (1/3 cup)
  • Plain Greek Yogurt (2 Tbsp.)
  • Honey
  • Almond Milk (2/3 cup)
  • Fruit (Mangos, Blueberries, Strawberries, etc.)

Wash, cut, and dry fruit (if needed).

Add to jar:
1/2 cup oats
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
1/2 scoop protein powder
1/3 cup coconut shavings
spices to taste
2 Tbsp. yogurt
honey to taste
fruit
2/3 cup almond milk

Stir well, refrigerate overnight.
