Measurements are per jar (1 pint size)
Ingredients:
- Oats (1/2 cup)
- Chia Seeds (1 Tbsp.)
- Vanilla Protein Powder (1/2 scoop)
- Cinnamon, Ginger, or Nutmeg
- Coconut Shavings (no sugar) (1/3 cup)
- Plain Greek Yogurt (2 Tbsp.)
- Honey
- Almond Milk (2/3 cup)
- Fruit (Mangos, Blueberries, Strawberries, etc.)
Wash, cut, and dry fruit (if needed).
Add to jar:
1/2 cup oats
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
1/2 scoop protein powder
1/3 cup coconut shavings
spices to taste
2 Tbsp. yogurt
honey to taste
fruit
2/3 cup almond milk
Stir well, refrigerate overnight.
