Ingredients:
- Canned Salmon (3 small cans)
- Teriyaki Sauce
- Mayo (~ heaping spoonful)
- Salt
- Garlic Powder
- Siracha
- Green Onion
- Cucumber
- Seaweed Sheets
- Sesame Seeds
- Sticky White Rice
- Avocado
Cook 2 cups of sticky white rice.
Mix canned salmon with teriyaki sauce, garlic powder, siracha, salt, and mayo (~ heaping spoonful). Eyeball the measurements to taste.
Add rice and sushi fish mix to bowl.
Chop cucumber into quartered chunks, add some to bowl.
Pit and slice avocado, add some to bowl.
Cut seaweed sheets if they are large.
Scoop rice, sushi mix, cucumber, and avocado into a sheet of seaweed, wrap and stuff in mouth.
